Capoeiristas

Roz and Mads, along with a few others went bowling with Sally today. She'd got a groupon deal for it. I took the opportunity to head into town and get some photos. I got a few decent ones but ended up not using them.

I met up with them after the bowling and we headed to the Grassmarket as Maddy's boyfriend had time to kill before work.

While we were there a Capoeira demo started up. It was quite interesting to watch but I'll be sticking to Taekwon Do I think. There's enough ways to pick up injuries there without adding all the acrobatics of capoeira.
