Peach Ice Cream

The lovely and talented Mrs. SeeMore suggested that we have lunch at Cafe on Main in Columbus, MS today. It's an odd lunch spot in downtown Columbus in a modernist style building (who knows what it may have once looked like). Luckily, the food isn't modernist. I had the hamburger steak, baby lima beans and macaroni and cheese. And peach ice cream for dessert. Mrs. SeeMore had the chicken spaghetti and a truly enormous slice of blackberry cake. I'm not sure we'll ever eat again.

The other great thing about Cafe on Main is that copies of the day's menu are on the table and you just circle what you want and the server just comes by to pick them up. Somehow this seems like such an improvement over them asking what you want and then forgetting it. Or having them try to write it down really quickly.
