Morning glory

Morning walk through Cottingley Woods and around Blackhills. Leaving the woods briefly to cross the fields you pass this cluster of cottages before re-entering the wood and walking on to Lee Lane.

The path can be seen in the lower right hand corner but it always feels as though you are walking through their gardens especially when the little Lakeland terrier comes out barking.

The morning was a little dull and muggy but this glorious crocosmia certainly brightened up our route.
