Noddy the scarecrow

It seems to be the season for these things now and at Hinderwell scarecrow festival, north of Whitby, this Noddy scarecrow cut a lonely figure fixed to the fence of 'his' neat garden. Some of the creations in the village were very extravagant. I think it's a very British, slightly silly, kind of event...marvellous!
