Treat Time

Everybody likes to lick the ice cream spoon.

Carter (cairn terrier) and Daisy (the cat) are usually antagonizing each other. But when there is food involved, all nonsense stops and it is total focus !!

They actually get along pretty good. Daisy is nine years old and lost her companion last fall when our first cairn died. She was lonely until February when Carter joined the family as a puppy. It took a while to get used to each other. But they quickly adjusted, and now have lots of fun together.

Carter is lucky she is de-clawed. She likes to get the high ground and reach down and box his nose. He loves it!!! I THINK she does too. If he walks away, she will taunt him until he comes back for more.

Just think how quiet (and boring) the house would be without all the shenanigans of these two.
