Dawn

This sky greeted me at 5 along with a sliver of a moon - we headed to Mt Si at 6AM, our 50 minute drive for a straight up 4 mile hike and then 4 down. I love door to door with the 8 hiking miles in a 6 hour round trip! The bear grass at the summit is is now in full bloom, so late; it was first foggy on the mountain and then rained on the way home. Yes, this is the Pacific Northwest even in late July!
