Southerly Front

Taken on the side of State Highway 1 at Te Horo, looking towards Wellington.

Was driving down in this direction, listening to Wellington radio describing appalling conditions. But where I was had fine and clear weather, only 150km up the road.

The bank of cloud in the background was the very cold and wet southerly front heading up the country.
