Dawn of a new day

On the road early for a run once again. Took a number of shots, and chose this one as I am quite pleased with how I was able to use the bright lights in the shops on the corner of this street intersecting with Ponsonby Road, to allow me to get a clear view of the sky tower and other city buildings, in front of the soft pink and deep purple of the coming dawn.

I had tried a shot a couple of minutes earlier which included the moon, at a place where there was just park between me and the city, and the camera shake was horrendous.
