Soto..with a little help from Ros(alind)!

Ahhhhhh, Soto
happy memories of ladies that lunched in Brunei..

Soto is a Soup / Broth, made with chicken stock and some good old flavours.
galangal,ginger, coriander, turmeric,salt n pepper..bubbled and boiled and it is served with noodles, (i like yellow noodles) and in Brunei it sometimes has half a hard boiled egg in it, and is served with chilli sauce and local limes.
it HAS to be for me, one of my favourite flavours of Malaysia.

My friend Ros sent me some spices to put in the soup, just like they use at Tinis, where we used to go to eat..
it was lovely..
