Courgette

I don't really like courgette (not that there is much to dislike) but today I managed to make it taste delicious. Fresh from the garden we took a monster specimen into the kitchen, sliced it up and cooked it in olive oil and garlic with salt and pepper. Added a splash of milk at the end and served it with linguine!

Dish delish!
