Waspish

This, I'm reliably informed, is a type of Wood Wasp - they have a special 'drill' on their abdomens (see middle of shot) which they drill through the wood with and then deposit an egg, which turns into a grub and eats its way through the tree! Amazing!! We have two types on site the other one is huge, black and yellow and very scary.
