Beef. It's what's for dinner.

Well, I've been in the mood for some beef and potatoes, and I just so happened to have some ground beef in the freezer, so I decided to make a meatloaf. I love meatloaf, and I love making meatloaf; and this one was the best one yet, if I do say so myself. I made a honey glaze, too, with a side of homemade garlic, herb & butter mashed potatoes with asparagus. YUM! All for me...it was 'dinner alone' tonight. The rest went in to the freezer for later.

Ahh, the 'single' life.

Although, I'm not actually single, I just live that way...most of the time. :)
