Pie...

Today's blip is a particularly proud one as it features the first pie I've ever made just before it's lid was put on (complete with smiley face made of pastry of course).

Amanda's mum, Auntie, Uncle and cousin are staying at the moment so I've been promoted to head chef allowing me the opportunity to spread my culinary wings and try stuff out on a captive audience! Luckily, it was well received :-)

Today also involved a trip to ATS to tighten my handbrake cable though it turned out a caliper had seized so two hours later I was £175 poorer but have working brakes again!
