Street Art

Hornsby TAFE has a few of these stencilled on a few walls. Not sure if it means something, if its 'graffiti' or legitimate art. There is a decent art department at this TAFE and there is very little graffiti through out the campus. Either way I kind of think its cute. Hence todays Blip!
