I've been going to evening classes in this, one of the better local authority high schools in Edinburgh, for about 3 years. The whole place is falling to bits. We all find it incredibly depressing. My friend who teaches there is almost suicidal. There are buckets everywhere to catch the drips.
I'm happy to pay more taxes...
