Could you leave this little one lying at the side of the road?

Spending the week having my heart well and truely broken. Visited many orphanages including a baby house. This little girl was found by police left in the dirt at the side of the road. Desperate situations lead to desperate actions.

HIV/AIDS, extreme poverty and political turmoil results in Zimbabwe having the highest number of orphans per capita in the world. That's 1.3 million children, 8% of the population.
