Say cheese

My alternative birthday cake, a lime and mascarpone cheesecake. Recipe is from a friend and it's delicious, so I decided to make this instead of a traditional cake. Kids a bit disappointed so may make a traditional cake at the weekend.

Not happy with the photo but at least it doesn't have my messy sitting room in the background.
