Ferns

A strange day, today. I had to pop into the Bone Dungeon to sort a couple of things out, in case we start doing more work on the Old College material when I'm away. Then I took a wander along the Water of Leith and discovered a whole new section of Walkway (which debouches near Blipcentral) that I had never been on before. I feel very stupid not to have noticed it before. It even has a Gormley statue. And these wall-stabilising-thingies with some nice ferns and toadflax.
Later I got a reply to an email that I had sent to my first osteological mentor, whom I haven't seen in over 10 years. She's talking about retiring.
Time flies like an arrow (but fruitflies like a banana!)
