i remember that i wrote a description of all the eccentric people in the neighbourhood i noticed when we moved into this house - i have uncovered it and it includes the guy who liked to spend his day picking up litter and stuffing his pockets with it and the "betterwear girl" who looks like the silent singer from psychoville (if you havent heard of it -google it) saw her tonight wearing silk PJ's running down the street.
