All Change In The Meadows

Wandering back to the library after lunch and a lovely catch up with a friend I saw these guys cutting down some trees in The Meadows. This yellow machine is actually the tree stump version of a nail file....pretty impressive and not something I'd consider putting my fingers anywhere near!
