Happy Dolls

No wonder the dolls are happy, we're all delighted now that the pumps have finally arrived after one year in custody.
The custodians were the Malawi Revenue Authority who were demanding 100% duty, for pumps needed by the poorest villagers and freely available from Wells for Zoe.
I suppose all's well that ends well, but the number of wasted hours, the letters and journeys.
The District Commissioner finally got the message home and joy all round.
