A Winged Victory for the Sullen

They seem to work around the clock on Waverley. I've been meaning to get a shot of the men in fluorescent for a while now and here they are dwarfed by the former GPO and Waterloo Place running over Calton Road.

My gym is just below that bridge, went along at lunchtime today to try out a new programme, the final exercise was 45 pull-ups. How the hell are you meant to do 45 pull ups? I managed 25 (mostly in blocks of 3 or 4) and that was tough enough. Ended up running home tonight as well since work overran and I was desperate to get home in time to bath the boy.

Music wise I've been enjoying this new tune on a modern classical tip, a project involving Dustin O'Halloran.
