Towering Inferno 2 - We have lift-off!

As tends to be the norm on my last day at work before going on leave, I ended up working reeeeeally late. I was distracted by this sight, which is The Shard, being built next to London Bridge station in London.

The light was so bright you could have thought it was about to rocket into the sky and then, having taken the photo, it looked as though it was on fire.

You will be pleased to note that it was merely the reflectrion of the sun against the glass panels but it was incredibly bright.

Anyway, that's me off on leave now and looking forward to two weeks away in our caravan. Not everybody's cup of tea but we love it.
