Salad...

from the garden! Pier-David and Maud created this wonderful salad for supper this evening.....which was garnished with this lily!

My dear friends Mimi and Peter have arrived from Toronto, to spend a few days here at Big Hill....how wonderful it is to share my new home and beautiful landscape with them. Mimi and I go way back, probably 30 years....so it is wonderful to catch up - life here is so very different from the noisy city life they lead! We're hoping for some good sunny weather so we can do some sight seeing!

Hectic day at the market, it rained most of the day and our venue was changed, but we had a good day's sales!
