Spring is in the Air

A stunnner of a winter`s day 16% and after my 'Meals on Wheels' stint I spent the afternoon again in the garden.
No 1 job which I hate was pruning the roses and imagine my surprise when I came across this little jem which had survived frosts and snow and had to be my blip for the day.
Maggie & John I do believe we could well be in for an early spring and I do hope you are not in for an early winter!!
By the way the rose is a Freisa and very fragrant.
