Praa Sands, Cornwall

Whole family went surfing here earlier in the day. Who would have thought it would be the arms that would suffer for days afterwards? Actually 'surfed' on two occasions both lasting less than 10 seconds. We shall return.

That sky, by the way, remained oppressively there for about three days.
