Rhubarb Crumble with a hint of Whiskey

Mmm how I wish you could smell this picture, I was given some Rhubarb by my neighbour and decided to make this crumble this morning, it is just out of the oven and the smell is mouth watering. I made a big enough one to feed the neighbours as well. The hint of Whiskey makes all the difference.
