Have been wearing my mums ring for a few years now, found it in her jewelery box and borrowed it.. ahem. My Dad gave it to her when they first started going out, and although they've separated now, I love this ring as a reminder of my childhood, as I remember admiring it on her finger when I was a kid. (Although I'm sure it looked much nicer on her than on my hairy hobbit hands!)
