House in the Trees

Nestled in between the houses and the main Brighton road is a small, semi wild park.
The park looks to have been the grounds of this old house, there is an ornamental lake, quite a few mature specimen trees and the remains of out buildings and iron gate posts
The park is overgrown and does not look to have been "managed" for a few years. And it is none the worst for that, it is a little wild and you dont know whats around the next corner
