Sausages

I was looking forward to a lie in today, it's the first weekend since I got back from holiday that I've got nothing on and i was planning on making the most of it. However, my body decided it was time to get up earlier than I usually would on a workday. Typical.

As I was up, I thought I may as well have a decent breakfast. The Lincolnshire sausages came from a presentation at work yesterday & I could also rustle up an egg & mushrooms to go with them. But I've got no bread in the house so I had to mop up the egg with a wholewheat wrap, not quite the same as a piece of buttered toast, but it still tasted good.
