chocolatiers hands.

The art of the chocolatier is coping with having extremely chocolate covered hands that hardens as it cools! and not having OCD and wanting to run to the tap and wash it all off..(like i still feel like doing)

Nina was making mandarin truffles, i helped make some too..
in between packing loads of Dark chocolate coated honeycomb,Milk honeycomb and venezualan white bars..

a mega tidy round was done too as the Bosses return from holiday on Monday!
