Stone Circle, Midmar Kirk

Always a fascinating spot to visit on account of the unusual juxtaposition of a kirk and a Recumbent Stone Circle.

I only discovered today that the doors, window surrounds and other woodwork round and about the kirk had not long ago been repainted in a delightful (and, for the C of S, an unusually clear) shade of bright blue.
