Neon at the county museum

Much like everything else in LA, I really liked LACMA. The museum is huge, and I spent most of my time in the contemporary building (not a wing, no - a building).

The best part, though, was a video project called "The Clock" by Christian Marclay, a 24 hour video which consists entirely of references to time from various movies - either visual or in dialogue - all of which sync up with actual real world clock time. I watched it for about 45 minutes. I guess they did a 24 hour screening of it at the end of July, and I wish I could have gone.
