Running on Air

Another trip down to watch Tracey run the 5k park run, think she beat her PB again. I took some better shots this week, including this one.

This afternoon we were at a 1st birthday party, for such a short party it was a hell of a lot of work. Since it was fancy dress Arlo went along as a surfer, complete with the surfboard his Mum made for him. Guess who forgot the camera! I might stage a shot later in the weekend.

Ended the day with a stroll along the harbour and part of the shore, stopping for cake and tea at the excellent Water of Leith Cafe Bistro. I'm a big fan of all things cake related.

Today's musical recommendation is a web radio show from the quietus website. It's a fairly eclectic mix of tunes on there and does contain one \m/ METAL \m/ track, but I'd recommend giving it a spin if you're looking for a new favourite artist. Listen.
