A summer's evening by the river

Just returned from the Humber watching the P1 SuperStock powerboat racing. Lovely evening after a dull day. Nice to have new events happening locally.
After the silly day I have had, it's amazing I didn't loose a child over the railings into the Humber! Silly Saturday because...

1. I went to B&Q
2. I tried to take a sticky label off the bottom of a mug...while it had coffee in it
3. I paid £3.40 for chips & sausage takeaway! Twice!

Anyway, the evening I had more than made up for it. This is son #2 and me between races, I had to bribe him with biscuits to smile (that's silly item #4)!
