Shelves!

As a birthday gift for Uncle Dave, Husband Dear purchased and cut as needed pipe, fittings, and wood for a set of custom-made shelves for the kitchen.

Being a smart woman that I am, I removed myself from the premises to allow for maximum male bonding while the guys did the assembling.

I, on the other hand, went for a lovely walk and tea with the Little Man and a wonderful and talented friend who introduced me to Blip, kaitlynbrooke.

Aside of the above shelves, the gents installed some stainless steel flashing as a back-splash along the entire opposite wall between the counter-top and the hanging cabinets.

Good time was had by all.
