Under Color

Swim finals - day two. This is what I saw when I looked up while having lunch during a break between heats this afternoon. It was a gorgeous summer day. It was not without some bitter disappointment though as Shannon missed qualifying for finals. We'll be back tomorrow for Sarah's race. Go Lizards!

I would have loved to have gotten some cool action shot today but shooting from the stands with the point and shoot leaves a bit to be desired. I have to admit to a bit of camera envy seeing some of the rigs around the pool this weekend. But, then again, not sure how many camera toting parents got a shot like this today. :)
