I made this. I went into the garden and cut the herbs and they smelt good and I made the salad.

The nut love tabbouleh. He also loves hummus and olives and capers and dolomades and those little feta cheese parcels. Could be he's terminally middle class, but because of the 2 hour after lunch nap he still has, I think its pretty obvious: he must be Greek
