Another city, another baby.

Last night, I was stopped and searched by a policeman for the first time in my life (that I'm prepared to openly admit anyway). Where I've lived in Australia and UK, police need a reason to stop and search but over here they just do so randomly. I'm pleased to report no charges were laid.

This afternoon got the train to Heidelberg and was greeted at the station by the Milsoms (Catherine, Mick, Nathan, Oliver and new star, Daniel).

Went to the Neckarwiese with the kids and then ate a Schnitzel.

After receiving three missed calls from Dan, knew something was occurring. He later rang back with the great news that he asked Louise to be his lawful wedded wife, to love, cherish and obey (not sure about the last bit), in sickness and in health, for richer and for poorer, for long as they both shall live. And she said yes! Well done Dan and Louise - I look forward to delivering a reading on the happy day.
