Inspiration?

I was home sick today with a nasty gastro type bug (decided to steer clear of the office). There is only so much day time TV one person can watch so in between naps i started flicking through things on my bookshelf.

My never used slow cooker book caught my eye. Sadly nothing really appealed to me given how i was feeling. I have vowed though to leave it out on the kitchen bench for future use!
