How much golden syrup?

Youngest really hasn't learned from his Lidl experience when two weeks worth of sweetie money bought him a multi pack of crisps. Then he ate them. Then he boaked at about two in the morning. I know - dubious parenting on my part but part of me was delighted that he was motivated to save money and the other part of me couldn't beleive he was going to do it (trying to teach hin to self - regulate and failing).


Anyway the boys wee plotting about how to spend their pooled sweetie money the next day. E came back from the shop after having spotted that some noxious snack called 'chip and dip' was reduced and their combined sweetie (£1.50) money could give them ten packets. He obviously hasn't learned but have I ?

Luckily misbehaviour reduced their sweetie money to below the barfing danger threshold. Phew, another parenting quandry put off for another day.
