Welcome

For years, in the evenings, visitors to the chippy or the Indian restaurants at the end of our road have been able to use the car park of the ATS garage to, err, park their car. I don't suppose this was encouraged, but ATS didn't do anything to stop it. Until now, that is. At the weekend they installed these locking bollard things that means the car park is now very much out of bounds after hours.

Presumably, they felt a little guilty at the removal of this unofficial, but useful, free, amenity. So at the same time as installing the bollards, they painted a nice new "Welcome" sign just in front of them. That makes it all better then. Can't park here, but at least you're welcome.
