Sculpture

I took Ryver to a Forest School. He loved it and so did I!

To-days lessons were about safety and exploring. The children were encouraged to dig and climb to find all sorts of bugs. Ryver found lots!! He was given a pot with a magnifying lid that made the worms SO much bigger.

After finding all the bugs, it was story time around the camp fire. No marshmellows today as it was too hot, cups of water instead. After the story about a leaf, bark and stick, he explored the forest with a paper bag to find the items he wanted to make his sculpture.

When I asked Ryver why was one stick laying down, he said because it is a smile.
