Poised

Sam is a gun dog, not that you'd know! He hates loud bangs, not too keen on water and doesn't chase ducks!
Sam is more of a squirrel hunter... that is what he is staring at! He loves to chase a squirrel, don't know why, not something we've encouraged!
However we let him because he'll never catch one! When they shoot up a tree, he stands there, look around, thinking "Were did it go?!" It's so funny!
So, here he is, poised, ready to charge!
And no, he didn't catch it but it was close!
