I thought a lot about my blip today and took loads of my son at breakfast with yogurt all over his face, a shot of the biz boat pond near my old house, a dodgy shop front. But none were quite right.

Today I went to see my Grandma. 94 and not very well. I took her to the docs and bought her some food. She's not a happy bunny at the moment because she can't walk far and she is in lots of pain. So at the end of the day I took a walk down her old street in SW3. I've walked down this street before to take pictures of windows for my paintings. Every house is a different colour and it could almost be toytown. I thought about her life in the old days, what she would have been like when she was my age (38)... Anyway, I like this shot.
