Busy day at work. The day disappeared before I knew it.

No weight loss this week, but I probably deserve that as I don't think I worked as hard at the tracking last week.

So that's double the work required for next week.

Cleaned the wee hamsters tonight. Here's Cheeky stealing some celery. She really is a sweet girl.
