Renaissance

As a schoolboy I had neither the money or the ability or the patience to build models really well. Then in my 30s I had a sort of renaissance period (because my mates at work were also interested) and built several with care and a bit more skill.
Then things changed, I moved on, and they didn't get 'played' with for the last decade or so.
They are now collecting dust and waiting for the time slot when one of the kids might become interested in flying them - and they get 'played' with for another year or two.
