The Mirror Of The World.

The curtain falls at The Filmhouse after seeing Terrence Malick's latest film The Tree Of Life. It starts with a death in a family, unfolds like 2001 in reverse and ends in a manner akin to Edward G.Robinson's death scene in Soylent Green.

Beautifully crafted and exquisitely shot, I remained in my seat until the credits had rolled and the auditorium lights came up.

Remarkably, so did most of the rest of the audience.
