Magnificent sunrise

A sad day.

A week after her death, our friend's funeral was held. Her husband, and also our dear friend, was amazingly strong as were their children. The grandchildren as well as being the future touched our hearts with their bravery in speaking in front of the congregation about their grandmother. I have a need to report this because it brought more tears for me than any other part of the day.

This photo melds the hope and the darkness in equal shares as was today, and as is our human life.
