Kiwifroot strikes up a conversation

Grapefroot makes his presence felt. "How you gonna make a $15 million industry lookin like that. Look at me, I got taste and flavour and all that stuff, howz you smarty thing gonna do nuffin."

The Gfroot has a point buddy. You been sittin on the tree for almost a year now and you wont even fit a size 32 tray. What's that about?"

"Who you think your pickin" says the avocado, "You better believe I can overshadow you anyday. You juicy froots are full of it. You citrus are a fruit of the past, you can't hardly even compete with imported oranges and mandarins, nobody grows you anymore. As for you hairy berry - too big for your boots is all I can say, a sniff of a disease and your 'we hold the economy together' starts to sound like 'Yer money or yer life' " retorted the avocado.
